My Blue Marble Omelette with Avocado and Banana.

2 eggs

Food Colouring of your choice

1/4 avocado

1/2 banana

pinch cinnamon

 

  1. Whisk eggs and cinnamon together, gently heat through in a pan.
  2. A few mins before ready place avocado and banana onto omelette then flip over and serve. Yum!
