Top 10 Superfoods

Superfoods………………….oh yes, I’m hearing and seeing a lot of this just now, but after I purchased Jamie Oliver’s Superfoods Book before Christmas last year I am somewhat getting hooked. The recipes I’ve made so far have been both delicious, easy and healthy…………what’s not to like? They are also great if you are trying to loose a bit of weight.

I now drink Green Tea instead of Coffee most days, well….apart from first thing in the morning…somehow Green Tea just doesn’t do what a good cup of coffee does…lol! I have to say I feel great for changing.

I thought I would post my Top 10 that I am gradually working my way through to create some great recipes using these foods.
