Place portion of fresh Scottish Salmon in a casserole dish with lid
Season with favourite herbs, mine are either Dill or parsley and a squeeze of lemon
Put approx 2 tablespoons of water in dish and cover with lid
Set microwave to Automatic Fish setting and key in wieight, it will automatically set the cooking time
Once done, remove from dish and serve with favourite accompliment, mine is mixed bean salad with some sweet chilli sauce over salmon.
The microwave cooks the fish like a steam cooker under 2 minutes per 100g portion..Fab! Healthy dinner in under 4 minutes.
