Homemade Gluten & Wheat Free White Bread

450g Gluten Free flour

1 packet of 7g Yeast

300ml Warm Milk

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vinegar

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Mix flour, yeast and salt together in a bowl

2. Beat eggs with vinegar and milk

3. Add flour and eggs together and mix along with oil until smooth and sticky

4. Transfer into a well oiled bread tin

5. Set oven to proving setting, and prove for about 2 hrs or until doubled in size

6. Now set oven to bread setting and place a tray of ice to help prevent over crusting

7. Cook for 55 mins and then serve with favourite topping.
