HOMEMADE PIZZA

For Dough:-

350-400g Plain Flour

1 sachet dried active yeast (7g)

Pinch Salt

350ml Warm Water

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

*Dissolve active yeast in 100ml warm water with salt and olive oil for about 5 mins

*Sift in flour to the yeast and mix gradually adding water until smooth dough

*flour surface and work dough for about 5 mins

*Prove for about 2 hours or until double in size

*Once proved empty onto floured surface and punch

*Cut into 2 sections using knife and roll both sections into a base a couple of cm thick or chosen thickness

* place onto baking tray and prick using fork

*Preheat oven on Pizza setting and bake pizza bases for about 5 mins. I leave the temperature as set already.

*Remove from oven and add favourite toppings

*Place back into oven on pizza setting and cook for about 10-12 mins or until browned and crisp.

*Cut and serve.
