300g Plain Flour
2 teaspoons salt
50g caster sugar
170g unsalted butter
2 (7g) active dried yeast
3 teaspoons of warm water
1-2 tablespoon golden granulated sugar for glaze
*Add flour, salt, sugar, butter, yeast and eggs into bowl and mix to form a dough.
*Place on baking tray and prove in oven for about 1-2 hours on proving setting or until doubled in size.
*Once proved, roll out and section into 3 long rolls then plait sections together
*brush with milk and glaze using sugar OR small quantity of icing sugar if preferred. You could also use sesame seeds to decorate.
*Cut and serve
